No, there is no minimum order value for our products.

What payment options are there?

You can pay with credit card, Paypal, eps transfer or Klarna

Can I change an order later?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, so please make sure you have all the items you need in your shopping cart before submitting your order.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Shipping within the DACH region takes between
2 to 5 working days.

Can I track my delivery using tracking?

Yes. After your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• AT & DE: Standard shipping up to 199€ = 7,-€
• AT & DE: Standard shipping from 200€ = Free
• EU: Standard shipping = 18,50€
• CH: Standard shipping = 21,50€
• Free shipping throughout Europe from 600€ (incl.
  Switzerland)

For customers from Switzerland, domestic customs fees apply, over which we have no influence. No VAT is charged in Switzerland.

How does a return work?

If a product does not fit, does not meet your expectations or you

The costs for return shipment are borne by the buyer.

Is an exchange possible, and if so, how does it work?

If you change your mind or would like a different size of a product, please send the goods back to the address above. You can then reorder your desired product.

How long does it take to get my money back in case of a return?

If you return an item, it can take up to 4 weeks for your money to be returned to your account.
The reason for this is the outsourcing of parcel acceptance, goods inspection and return booking to a warehouse company.

What do I do if a product arrives damaged?

If your ordered product arrives at home and you notice that something is wrong, missing or defective, please send us pictures of it to info@mata-origin.com . We will definitely find a solution that you are happy with and that you can continue to order our products with pleasure.

Which size should I choose if I'm torn between two?

• Baby size diaper :
  from 0-4 months (depending on stature also longer or shorter)

• Crawler width:
  from about 3 months until the end of the diaper period (about 2 years)

• Cowboy pants :
  Please order the current size.

• Onesie : The onesie grows with the child over several sizes. To start with, you can easily roll it up at the legs. If you want to use it for longer, order it a size larger.

• Walk overall :
  The wool overalls are generously cut. Please order the size that currently fits you.

• Pants without holes:
  You can order the pants without holes in your child's current size.

Why diaper-free?

Letting children grow up without diapers is the most common and natural practice worldwide. In the meantime, many parents in German-speaking countries are also returning to the original way of dealing with this issue.
The reason for this is not primarily the avoidance of an average of one tonne of plastic waste, but the closer relationship between caregivers and child, characterized by mutual communication.

How do I start going diaper-free?

Being diaper-free is not a question of the talent of the mother or child, it is a question of awareness! As soon as you acknowledge that your baby has a need for free elimination, you are already practicing diaper-free. Simply offer to hold your child when you are changing diapers anyway, you will see, you will quickly become a good team. And take a look at our workshop offerings under Mata Origin Family, we are happy to share our tips and tricks with you!

Diaper-free against stomach aches?

Babies have a natural instinct not to go in their diapers, and they especially hold back stool. If there is no opportunity to excrete freely, it will of course end up in the diaper sooner or later. But it is obvious that this can lead to stomach aches, colic, flatulence and discomfort. Many parents wish they had known about going diaper-free earlier. It is said that around 80% of babies who are so-called cry babies cry significantly less if their parents allow them to excrete freely.

The desire for perfection:

Being diaper-free doesn't mean that you can't use diapers anymore, nor does it mean that your child has to be dry. It's about communication, recognizing a need and enjoying doing it. We mustn't forget that excretions are a shameful subject. We think that finding a natural way to deal with it again, maintaining a close relationship and enjoying life without diapers are the most important things. If things aren't going the way you want them to, seek out the exchange in the Mata Origin Family , you'll see that everyone is in the same boat.

What should you do if something ends up in your diaper?

Small children gratefully accept the opportunity to be able to excrete freely and, above all, the big business ends up very reliably in the potty or toilet. This means that you usually only have wet absorbent pads, which you can then simply wash in the washing machine.
If you come into contact with stool, we recommend washing our woolen clothing by hand in cold water, preferably with our lanolin soap, then they will be waterproof again straight away, or in the washing machine at max. 30 degrees on the wool cycle.

The materials used for our products are manufactured in Germany, Austria and Italy. The Mata Origin retention products are then sewn from these in Slovakia.
