Our hemp booster is ideal when you need extra absorbency, for example at night or when you're out and about.
If your baby's nappy has started leaking or the insert feels saturated, it may simply need more absorbent capacity. A booster can help without making the nappy noticeably bulkier or requiring you to replace your existing inserts.
The Mata Origin hemp booster is narrower and shorter than many conventional cloth nappy boosters. Designed for elimination communication, it adds absorbency while keeping the nappy slim.
Fold the booster inside your absorbent insert or place it as the bottom layer in the nappy. Hemp holds plenty of liquid but absorbs more slowly than cotton, so put a fast-absorbing cotton layer on top to catch moisture quickly.
At a glance:
- 50% hemp / 50% cotton blend
- Extra absorbency without excessive bulk
- Helps keep the wool nappy from having to absorb as much liquid itself
- Compatible with other inserts when used beneath a fast-absorbing layer
- Useful for nights and longer outings
Important: Not suitable as the only absorbent layer.
Size: Approx. 8 × 22 cm. May shrink slightly after the first wash.
