I am Annika R., a teacher and elimination communication coach certified by Mata Origin, and I live in southern Bavaria near Rosenheim.

From my professional experience as a teacher in recent years, I have become even more aware of the importance of parental guidance as a fundamental building block for the development of self-confident children. My goal is to find a feasible path together, focusing on family needs, to provide children with security and a strengthened self-image.

My connection to nature and my desire for greater appreciation of our children guide my actions in terms of sustainability and need-orientation.

For me, elimination communication optimally combines both.

Whether before or after the birth of your child: I am happy to support you with your next steps towards need-oriented elimination communication until your child is fully potty-trained. In the live preparatory course, you can already test materials and holding positions. In consultations – whether in person or digital – I will help you overcome any challenges you encounter while practicing elimination communication with your child.

I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for elimination communication and early potty training, and I also offer my support for "diapered" potty training. Because the right time to start elimination communication or to stop using (disposable) diapers is when you feel ready to support your child on this journey in a way that feels right for you, and you are ready to take the next step.
