7.1 Use of Google Services

We use the technologies described below from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information about your use of our website automatically collected by Google technologies is usually transferred to a Google LLC server, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be truncated by activating IP anonymization before being stored on Google's servers. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server and truncated there. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded for the respective technology between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy [https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de].

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website), which is used to create usage profiles using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Your IP address is generally not merged with other Google data. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Google.
For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access and use the data collected and processed by Google Analytics to improve Google services. Data sharing with Google within the scope of these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between the controllers. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google.
We also use the extended function of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, for creating and performing tests.
For web analysis, the Google Analytics extension function Google Signals enables "cross-device tracking". If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can generate reports on your usage behavior (in particular, cross-device user numbers), even if you switch your end device. We do not process personal data in this respect; we only receive statistics generated based on Google Signals.
For web analysis and advertising purposes, the DoubleClick cookie, an extended function of Google Analytics, enables the recognition of your browser when visiting other websites. Google will use this information to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website usage.

Google Ads

For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website. This automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website in this case, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing.
For website analysis and event tracking, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking to measure your subsequent usage behavior if you have arrived at our website via a Google Ads advertisement. Cookies may be used for this purpose, and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) may be collected, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.

Google Recaptcha

For the purpose of protecting against misuse of our web forms and against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information, and information about your use of our website) and performs an analysis of your use of our website using JavaScript and cookies. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. No personal data is read or stored from the input fields of the respective form.

Google Fonts
Google Fonts may be used on our website. The Google Fonts API is designed to limit the collection, storage, and use of end-user data to what is necessary for the efficient delivery of fonts.

7.2 Use of Facebook services/Meta services

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel within the framework of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd [https://de-de.facebook.com/facebookdublin/]., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook") as described below. With the Facebook Pixel, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) are automatically collected and stored, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Within the scope of so-called extended data matching, information for matching purposes is also collected and stored in hashed form, which can identify individuals (e.g., names, email addresses, and phone numbers). For this purpose, when you visit our website, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook Pixel, which automatically enables the recognition of your browser on other websites using a pseudonymous cookie ID. Facebook will merge this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website usage, in particular personalized and group-based advertising.
The information about your use of our website automatically collected by Facebook technologies is usually transmitted to a server of Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Insofar as the data transfer to the USA falls within our responsibility, our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Further information on data processing by Facebook can be found in Facebook's data protection notices [https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php].

Facebook Analytics

Within the framework of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activities on our website are created from the data collected with the Facebook Pixel about your use of our website. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Facebook. Its analysis serves the optimal presentation and marketing of our website.

Facebook Ads

We advertise this website on Facebook and other platforms via Facebook Ads. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the exact implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of advertisements for individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. The joint responsibility is limited to the collection of data and its transmission to Facebook Ireland. Subsequent data processing by Facebook Ireland is not covered by this.
Based on the statistics on visitor activities on our website created by the Facebook Pixel, we run group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target audience. Within the framework of the extended data matching that takes place to determine the respective target audience (see above), Facebook acts as our processor.
Based on the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook Pixel and the collected data about your usage behavior on our website, we conduct personalized advertising via Facebook Pixel Remarketing.
Via Facebook Pixel Conversions, we measure your subsequent usage behavior for web analysis and event tracking when you have arrived at our website via a Facebook Ads advertisement. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Facebook.

7.3 Other providers of web analysis and online marketing services

Use of Hotjar for web analysis

For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) are automatically collected and stored using technologies from Hotjar [https://www.hotjar.com] Ltd., Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 3155, Malta ("Hotjar"), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. The pseudonymized usage profiles are not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without a separate, explicit consent. Hotjar acts on our behalf.

Use of Pinterest Tag for web analysis and advertising purposes

For web analysis and advertising purposes on Pinterest and on third-party websites, when you visit our website, technologies from Pinterest Europe Ltd [https://www.pinterest.de/]., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Pinterest") automatically enable interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Usage profiles are created from the collected data using pseudonyms. Pinterest will merge this information with other data from your Pinterest account and use it to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website usage. We have no influence on the data processing by Pinterest and only receive statistics generated based on Pinterest Tag. This allows us to measure your subsequent usage behavior for website analysis and event tracking when you have arrived at our website via a Pinterest advertisement. The information automatically collected by Pinterest is usually transmitted to a server of Pinterest, Inc., 505 Brannan St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and stored there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Data processing is based on an agreement between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.

Linkster

On this page, we use the tracking technology of Linkster GmbH, Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 52, 20251 Hamburg, to measure and visualize insights into partnerships and advertising channels. This is a function to measure the efficiency of the corresponding advertising measures. Furthermore, the information enables us to assign advertising successes for billing with corresponding advertising partners. When you click on an advertising integration, cookies are set in your browser, which are read in the event of a transaction. At each touchpoint, your browser sends an HTTP request to the Linkster server, which transmits certain information. This information includes the URL of the website where the advertising material is placed (referrer URL), the browser ID (user agent) of your device (including information about the device type and operating system), the IP address of the device (this IP address is anonymized and hashed by us before storage), HTTP headers (data packet automatically transmitted by your browser with various technical information), the time of the request and, if previously stored on the device, the cookie with its content.
A cookie is a small data packet that is exchanged between your browser and the server. This data packet can store and transmit information relevant to the web application, e.g., the content of a virtual shopping cart.
The tracking technology stores cookies on your device to document actions. A 24-digit, anonymous ID is stored in the cookie. Linked to this ID, the data is encrypted in our database on the server.
This contains information about the last touchpoints (i.e., when a specific advertising material was displayed or clicked on by a device). The stored touchpoints can be put together to form a sequence chain (user journey) if necessary.
For an action request, the order number and the shopping cart value of your order are usually also transmitted and stored by us. In addition, the following values can be transmitted and stored: your customer number, new customer feature, your age and gender, and the information you provided in a customer survey.
The cookies stored by Linkster GmbH are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The information transmitted to us and the cookies serve exclusively the purpose of correctly assigning the success of an advertising material and the corresponding billing and is justified by our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you do not wish cookies to be stored in your browser, you can achieve this by changing the corresponding browser setting. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser under Tools/Internet Options, restrict it to certain websites, or set your browser to notify you as soon as a cookie is sent. Please note, however, that in this case, you must expect a limited display of online offers and limited user guidance. You can also delete cookies at any time. In this case, the information stored in them will be removed from your device.
The collection and processing of tracking data can also be deactivated by clicking on this tracking opt-out link: https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-optout.do
View your data: https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-mydata.do
You can find out which cookies are used individually by our tracking technology in the following overview:
TRS: Unique, 24-digit identifier (ID) for tracking partnerships. This cookie is stored in the client browser and identifies database records that contain the touchpoint data.
TRSCJ: Fallback cookie with rudimentary touchpoint data for tracking partnerships. This cookie contains encrypted touchpoint data in the client browser.
trs_db_optout: When clicking on the tracking opt-out link, a special cookie is written, which deactivates tracking in the current web browser of the device. However, tracking is reactivated as soon as you delete the tracking opt-out cookie.

There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be truncated by activating IP anonymization before being stored on Google's servers. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server and truncated there. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR concluded for the respective technology. Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy [https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de].

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) is automatically collected and stored by Google Analytics, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Your IP address is generally not merged with other Google data. Data processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement with Google.
For the purpose of optimizing the marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently use it to improve Google services. The data sharing with Google within the scope of these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between the controllers. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google.
We also use the Google Optimize extension function of Google Analytics for creating and conducting tests.
For web analysis, the Google Signals extension function of Google Analytics enables so-called "cross-device tracking". If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can create reports on your usage behavior (in particular, cross-device user numbers), even if you switch your device. No processing of personal data by us takes place in this respect; we only receive statistics created on the basis of Google Signals.
For web analysis and advertising purposes, the DoubleClick cookie, an extension function of Google Analytics, enables recognition of your browser when visiting other websites. Google will use this information to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services associated with website usage.

Google Ads

For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website. This automatically enables interest-based advertising through the collection and processing of data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and based on the pages you have visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website in this case, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target audience lists for cross-device remarketing.
For website analysis and event tracking, we measure your subsequent usage behavior via Google Ads Conversion Tracking if you have reached our website via an advertisement from Google Ads. Cookies may be used for this purpose and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or newsletter registration) may be collected, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.

Google Recaptcha

For the purpose of protection against misuse of our web forms and against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information, and information about your use of our website) and performs an analysis of your use of our website using a JavaScript and cookies. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. No reading or storage of personal data from the input fields of the respective form takes place.

In the context of so-called extended data matching, information for matching purposes is also collected and stored in hashed form, with which individuals can be identified (e.g., names, email addresses, and telephone numbers). For this purpose, when you visit our website, the Facebook Pixel automatically sets a cookie that automatically enables recognition of your browser when visiting other websites by means of a pseudonymous CookieID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services associated with website usage, in particular personalized and group-based advertising.
The information about your use of our website automatically collected by Facebook technologies is usually transmitted to a server of Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, and stored there. If the data transfer to the USA falls within our responsibility, our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement with Facebook. Its analysis serves the optimal presentation and marketing of our website.

This is a function for measuring the efficiency of the corresponding advertising measures. Furthermore, the information enables us to assign advertising successes for billing with corresponding advertising partners. When you click on an advertising integration, cookies are set in your browser, which are read out in the event of a transaction. At each touchpoint, your browser sends an HTTP request to Linkster's server, with which certain information is transmitted. This contains information about the last touchpoints (i.e., when a specific advertisement was displayed or clicked from a device). The stored touchpoints can be combined into a sequence chain (user journey).
In an action request, the order number and the shopping cart value of your order are usually also transmitted and stored by us. In addition, the following values can be transmitted and stored: your customer number, new customer characteristic, your age and gender, and the information you provided in a customer survey.
The cookies stored by Linkster GmbH are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The information transmitted to us and the cookies serve exclusively the purpose of correct assignment of the success of an advertising medium and the corresponding billing and is justified by our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you do not wish cookies to be stored in your browser, you can achieve this by adjusting the corresponding browser setting. In your respective browser, you can deactivate the storage of cookies under Tools/Internet Options, restrict it to certain websites, or set your browser to notify you as soon as a cookie is sent. Please note, however, that in this case you must expect a limited display of the online offerings and limited user guidance. You can also delete cookies at any time. In this case, the information stored therein will be removed from your device.
The collection and processing of tracking data can also be deactivated by clicking on this tracking opt-out link: https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-optout.do
View your data: https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-mydata.do

TRSCJ: Fallback cookie with rudimentary touchpoint data for tracking partnerships. This cookie contains encrypted touchpoint data on the client browser.
