General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

Consumers are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and thus natural or legal persons who are not entrepreneurs.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Mata Origin GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. No further changes can be made after the order has been completed. Please therefore check your order carefully.

Provider’s copyrights regarding online content

(1) The copyright to all accessible content and documents provided remains with the provider. The customer is granted a simple right of use for the duration of the contract. In particular, the customer may not edit, reproduce, publicly present or otherwise make the content available to third parties. The customer is also not permitted to use the content for their own further training, in particular with the intention of competing with the provider.

(2) The granting of the rights of use by the provider is subject to the suspensive condition of full payment of the purchase price.

(4) The provider is entitled to clearly mark its contents by adding copyright notices, also in the form of digital signatures.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment​​​​​​​

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

PayPal

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Payment processing through PayPal Services

In cooperation with the payment service PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. Depending on the payment method you select, you may be redirected to the PayPal website and the selected payment service after placing your order:
Credit card: You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged.
Giropay: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment details and confirm that PayPal will use your data. You will then be redirected to the website of paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("Giropay"). In order to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
Direct debit: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment details, confirm PayPal's use of your data and the payment order to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will ask its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out and your account will be debited.
Sofort by Klarna: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment details and confirm that PayPal will use your data. You will then be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich ("Sofort"). In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you here We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
