General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
Consumers are individuals or legal entities who are not entrepreneurs, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Mata Origin GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. No changes can be made after completing the order. Therefore, please check your order carefully.
Copyrights of the provider regarding online content
(1) The copyrights to all retrievable content and provided documents remain with the provider. The customer is granted a simple right of use for the duration of the contract. In particular, the customer may not edit, reproduce, publicly perform, or otherwise provide the content to third parties. Furthermore, the customer is not permitted to use the content for their own further training, especially with the intention of competing with the provider.
(2) The granting of usage rights by the provider is subject to the condition precedent of full payment of the purchase price.
(4) The provider is entitled to clearly mark its content by attaching copyright notices, including in the form of digital signatures.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Payment processing by PayPal Services
In cooperation with the payment service PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to the PayPal website and the selected payment service after placing the order:
Credit card: During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at PayPal's request, and your card is charged.
Giropay: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment data and confirm the use of your data by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("Giropay"). To pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and the payment instruction to PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out, and your account is debited.
Sofort by Klarna: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment data and confirm the use of your data by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich ("Sofort"). To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
