By submitting the form, you declare that you wish to fully or partially revoke the purchase agreement for the specified order.

Important: The revocation is the legal declaration. The return of the goods is the subsequent practical step.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

If you use the electronic withdrawal function on this page, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

Please pack the goods carefully and, if possible, include order information with the return so that we can process your return more quickly.

The exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal is not dependent on you using a return slip. A return slip merely helps us with faster processing.

Notes on reduced items

Reduced items are excluded from voluntary exchange.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by consumers is decisive or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
