I'm Carina, a trained educator and childhood pedagogue, mother of a son (8) and a daughter (1), and I live with my family in Darmstadt.

Through our son, I discovered elimination communication 8 years ago and was immediately enthusiastic about this approach and its associated positive effects for parents, children, and the environment. I'm constantly fascinated by how babies communicate their need to eliminate in different ways right from birth. This allowed me to build an even more intense bond with our children, characterized by deep trust and understanding.

As an enthusiastic elimination communication mother, I therefore completed the elimination communication coach training at Mata Origin out of this passion.

My goal is to share and pass on my knowledge and experiences with many parents and interested individuals. I wish that every parent has the chance to have positive experiences with elimination communication. An open ear, empathy, patience, and creativity are the basis for my consultations. I also provide an overview of practical clothing, elimination communication diapers, and equipment. I want to help parents find ways to integrate elimination communication into their daily lives in a way that suits their individual situation and without stress. I want to encourage them to believe in themselves and their intuition so that they can go their own individual elimination communication path with their child.
