Hello, I'm Esther.

My two children showed me how different each family's journey with elimination communication can be. With my first child, I offered potty opportunities, but I was still missing a lot of the knowledge and confidence I needed.

With my second child, I felt there could be more: more ease, more connection and more trust. That experience led me to explore elimination communication in greater depth and eventually to train as an EC coach.

Today, I support parents with care and an attachment-focused approach as they find their own way. EC can be simple. What matters most is you and your baby – your connection, your intuition and your pace.
