Hi, I'm Leonie, and for a while now, the topic of elimination communication has really captivated me. I first learned about "Abhalten" (German term for EC) during my pregnancy. My husband and I were determined to try it with our baby. And so, our elimination communication journey with our daughter began right after her birth. Whether with disposable diapers, EC diapers, or no diapers at all... depending on what worked best for us as a family at the time. I gathered a lot of information on my own and tried out various diapering systems. We spent longer than necessary in a kind of "EC strike." It was sometimes a bit tedious, but persevering was worth it!

I will guide you so that you can embark on your very own elimination communication journey with as much ease as possible. Elimination communication is the natural and original way. I will show you how elimination communication can work even in our modern world.

Our babies know how to do it, right from the start. It's up to us adults to embrace it and trust in the baby's capabilities!
