I'm Lisa – a social education professional, elimination communication coach and mum to a young daughter.

Elimination communication has enriched our everyday life with a baby in a very special way. It showed me just how early and clearly babies can communicate, and how much closeness can grow when we notice their signals and respond to them.

For me, EC means above all feeling more connected, communicating more and enjoying family life together. Because the experience has been so valuable to me, I now want to share it with other families and help them care for their babies with attentiveness and respect for their needs.
