Deliberately Simple
Sometimes you don't need a system.
Just a well-fitting, light pair of pants.
The Shorty without an opening is designed for days when EC can remain uncomplicated –
by simply pulling it up and down.
Minimalist in design, maximally flexible in everyday life.
The Summer Interlock - Ideal for warm days
The merino interlock used is deliberately lightweight:
-
thin & breathable
-
temperature-regulating
-
soft on the skin
-
yet robust enough for active days
No sweating.
No heat buildup.
Naturally regulating.
Flexibly wearable
The Shorty works:
• over disposable diapers (e.g. panties)
• over EC diapers
• without a diaper
• not ideal over very thick cloth diaper packages
The adjustable elastic in the waistband ensures a secure fit –
even when no diaper is worn underneath.
Supports your child's autonomy
Thanks to the soft waistband, the pants can be pulled up and down independently from an early age.
This allows your child to practice listening to their body – step by step.
Naturally uncomplicated
Merino wool is naturally dirt-repellent and odor-neutralizing.
In case of pee in the pants:
Simply let it dry – no immediate washing necessary. If the pants are lanolized, they won't absorb the urine at all, the material largely stays dry, and the wide leg easily guides the pee to the grass. :)
Often, just:
• Airing to remove odors
• Shaking out or brushing off sand & dirt
Washing is rarely necessary.

For families who…
- are looking for light summer pants
- live diaper-free uncomplicatedly
- want to foster autonomy
- prefer natural materials
Material
The raw wool for this product comes from Argentina, is GOTS-certified, and mulesing-free. It is knitted in our knitting mill on the Swabian Jura, not far from Lake Constance – regionally, fairly, and with great care.
This product was manufactured in our also GOTS-certified sewing factory in Hungary.
Washing instructions
- Wool detergent
- Hand wash or wool cycle up to 30 °C
- Spin at max. 800 rpm
- Do not tumble dry
Wool is naturally self-cleaning and antibacterial. It does not need to be washed immediately after contact with urine or breast milk stool. Simply let it dry, brush it off, air it out, and only wash it when that is no longer sufficient.
Care & Longevity
Wool is a natural material with exceptional properties: it is temperature-regulating, self-cleaning, hardly absorbs odors, and needs to be washed much less frequently than other materials. Often, simply airing it out or gently brushing it is enough – which not only saves time but also resources.
Despite its robustness, wool is not indestructible. The wear and tear largely depends on how intensively a garment is used. If the same pair of trousers is worn daily, it will naturally show signs of wear faster than if several wool trousers are rotated.
Our recommendation: For everyday wear, 3 pairs of wool trousers in rotation are ideal. This maintains their function and ensures the trousers accompany you sustainably through many adventures.
